Five Rentals Share the Same 24,082-Sq-Ft Field — What I’d Verify Before Comparing Units — August 19, 2026

Today’s rental alert delivered 20 new or updated listings. One detail in the visible highlights deserves a closer look before anyone starts comparing rent by square foot: five different units at 13901 SW 122nd Avenue all carry the same reported 24,082-sq-ft field.
Those five entries include both a 1-bedroom unit and 2-bedroom units, with advertised rents from $2,055 to $2,275. The alert alone does not establish that 24,082 square feet is the living area of each individual unit, so I would verify the unit-level measurement before using it to judge size or value.

The five-unit cluster
Unit 10-101 — $2,175 — 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom — MLS B26065513 — alert reports 24,082 sq ft.
Unit 8-304 — $2,265 — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — MLS B26065520 — alert reports 24,082 sq ft.
Unit 1-303 — $2,055 — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — MLS B26065536 — alert reports 24,082 sq ft.
Unit 8-302 — $2,055 — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — MLS B26065538 — alert reports 24,082 sq ft.
Unit 8-301 — $2,275 — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — MLS B26065543 — alert reports 24,082 sq ft.
Why I would not calculate price per square foot yet
When the exact same square-footage field repeats across multiple unit numbers with different bedroom counts and rents, the safest move is verification—not assumption. The source email gives us the repeated field, but it does not explain what that number represents for each unit.
Until the individual living area is confirmed, a price-per-square-foot comparison could create false precision. I would first verify the unit’s actual living area and layout, then compare rent, condition, location, and the practical terms that matter to the renter.
There are other useful comparison points in the alert
The visible highlights also include 11942 SW 122nd Pl at $3,200 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,225 reported sq ft; 11002 SW 122nd Pl at $2,900 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,276 reported sq ft; and 9729 Hammocks Blvd Unit 105E at $2,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 870 reported sq ft.
Two additional highlighted rentals are address withheld at $3,600 and $2,500. Because the source does not provide their addresses in the alert, I would not pretend we can make a full location comparison from that email alone.
What I’d confirm before applying
The unit’s actual living area and floor plan.
Current availability and the exact advertised rent.
Parking, utilities, deposits, pet rules, association approval, and move-in requirements when those items matter—because they are not established by this alert.
The precise location for any address-withheld entry before treating it as a true alternative.
