10 Miami Rental Highlights From $2,550 to $4,200: Four Moves I’d Watch — August 29, 2026

Ten current Miami-area rental highlights span a wide range of budgets and property sizes. I would not sort them by status label alone. The better approach is to decide what problem the renter is trying to solve, then verify the details that affect move-in, approval, and monthly cost.

Move 1: Separate the new listings by budget

Five rentals are marked New Listing: 11776 SW 92nd Ln Unit 0 at $4,200 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,416 reported square feet, MLS A12079449; 10629 SW 113th Pl Unit 89B at $3,150 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,400 reported square feet, MLS A12079467; 14430 Fillmore St at $3,400 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,739 reported square feet, MLS A12079642; 15075 SW 113th Ter at $3,500 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,506 reported square feet, MLS A12079645; and 11958 SW 151st Ave Unit 11958 at $3,600 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,701 reported square feet, MLS A12079751.

For a renter focused on three bedrooms, the asking rents in this group run from $3,150 to $3,600. That makes the next comparison about layout, location, parking, condition, association requirements, pets, and move-in terms—not just the advertised monthly amount.

Move 2: Recheck the rentals that returned to market

14124 SW 121st Pl Unit 3-26 is shown at $2,550 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,150 reported square feet, MLS A12058110, and a Back On Market status. That same MLS previously appeared as a new listing in July, so the return to market is a meaningful change worth verifying before a showing. A second residential rental is shown at $3,015 and marked Back On Market, but its address is withheld and no MLS number or property details are provided here.

Move 3: Treat a price decrease as a reason to re-evaluate—not an answer

14530 SW 142nd Ct Cir is shown at $3,200 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,546 reported square feet, MLS A12018460, and a Price Decreased status. Two additional rentals are marked Price Decreased at $3,335 and $3,945, but their addresses and MLS numbers are withheld. Without the prior asking prices and complete property facts, I would not estimate the size of the reductions or rank those rentals against the others.

Move 4: Verify the complete move-in picture

Before applying, I would confirm current availability, lease length, move-in funds, screening criteria, pet rules, parking, utilities, association or management approval, and any fees or deposits that apply to the specific property. Those items can materially change which rental is the practical fit.

Bottom line

The useful comparison is not simply lowest rent versus highest rent. It is monthly cost, usable space, household needs, location, approval timing, and complete move-in requirements. Current status, price, and availability can change, so property details should be verified before acting.
