Five 3-Bedroom Miami Rentals Range From 993 to 1,718 Sq Ft — What I’d Compare Before Applying — August 14, 2026

Today’s rental alert reported 10 new or updated Miami-area listings. Instead of treating all 10 as one list, I pulled out the five three-bedroom options because they make a useful like-for-like comparison.

Those five rentals range from $2,450 to $3,750 per month and from 993 to 1,718 reported square feet. Same bedroom count, very different amount of space—and the alert also shows differences in bath count and listing status.

Editorial comparison based on verified August 14 alert facts. Reported living area comes from the alert; the graphic is not listing photography.

Five three-bedroom choices, one big space spread

  • 9704 Hammocks Blvd, Unit 104, Miami, FL 33196 — $2,450/month — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 993 reported sq ft — MLS A12070541 — New Listing.

  • 9044 SW 148 Ct, Unit 0, Miami, FL 33196 — $3,200/month — 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths + 1 half bath, 1,449 reported sq ft — MLS A12044086 — Price Decreased.

  • 11544 SW 151st Ave, Unit 0, Miami, FL 33196 — $2,850/month — 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths + 1 half bath, 1,506 reported sq ft — MLS A12060560 — Price Decreased.

  • 15609 SW 100th Terrace, Miami, FL 33196 — $3,300/month — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,680 reported sq ft — MLS A12070523 — New Listing.

  • 14271 SW 150th Ave, Unit 0, Miami, FL 33196 — $3,750/month — 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths + 1 half bath, 1,718 reported sq ft — MLS A12070724 — New Listing.

Why I would not rank them by rent alone

The lowest monthly rent in this five-property group also has the smallest reported living area, but the rest of the list does not move in a perfectly straight line. For example, the $2,850 option reports 1,506 square feet, while the $3,200 option reports 1,449 square feet.

That does not make one a better deal. Condition, exact layout, location within the community, included services, parking, association requirements, deposits, and other costs are not established by this alert. Those details can change the real comparison.

What I would confirm before applying

  • Current availability and showing access.

  • Application criteria, association approval requirements, deposits, and any additional fees.

  • Pet, parking, utility, and move-in rules when applicable.

  • Condition and layout in person, including whether the reported living area works the way you need it to.

Want me to narrow the five?

Tell me what matters most—monthly budget, space, bath count, location, or timing—and I can help you verify the current details and build a shorter list. Chris Manzano • 305-999-5664 • Chris@ChrisManzano.com
