When the Contract Changes, the Timeline Should Remember

Real estate timelines do not stay still. Contracts get amended. Dates move. New documents arrive. The current deadline may be the most important date today, but the old date still explains how the transaction got here.

Revised should not mean erased

REKLOZE is being designed around timeline versions. When supported revisions change deadlines, the product design calls for preserving the earlier timeline while creating a new active version for the revised transaction.

That gives the team a clearer history: original date, revised date, supporting document, active timeline, and what still needs confirmation.

REKLOZE stacked R wordmark.

What if someone changes a date without the document?

The REKLOZE design does not call for silently treating an unsupported change as fully verified. Changes without supporting documentation are intended to remain visibly unverified or pending review until the evidence is supplied or linked.

That distinction matters. Confidence should come from traceability—not from an interface pretending uncertainty disappeared.

Features described here may represent product design or in-progress functionality. Availability and behavior should be confirmed against the current REKLOZE release. This material is for product and workflow education and is not legal advice.
