Six New Rentals, Four Price Cuts—and Two Withheld Addresses: How I’d Triage Today’s Visible Miami Rental Alert — August 21, 2026

Today’s Miami rental email says there are 11 new or updated listings, but the email itself exposes 10 visible highlight cards. I am only using those 10 visible entries here rather than inventing or assuming an eleventh property.
Within those visible highlights, six are marked New Listing and four are marked Price Decreased. Two of the price-decrease entries have their addresses withheld, which makes them a different verification problem from the fully identified rentals.

Six new rentals with complete visible basics
$2,200 — 9301 SW 92nd Ave, Unit A302, Miami 33176 — 1 bed, 1 bath, 670 reported sq ft — MLS A12073991.
$4,500 — 15149 SW 113th Ter, Miami 33196 — 4 beds, 4 baths, 3,145 reported sq ft — MLS A12074514.
$2,399 — 15591 SW 105th Ter, Unit 512, Miami 33196 — 2 beds, 2 baths, 1,053 reported sq ft — MLS A12074913.
$2,290 — 13100 SW 92nd Ave, Unit A-212, Miami 33176 — 2 beds, 2 baths, 1,253 reported sq ft — MLS A12075006.
$2,850 — 15781 SW 106th Ter, Unit 104, Miami 33196 — 3 beds, 2 baths, 1,190 reported sq ft — MLS A12075019.
$2,450 — 9704 Hammocks Blvd, Unit 104, Miami 33196 — 3 beds, 2 baths, 993 reported sq ft — MLS A12075170.
The useful part of this group is that I can begin comparing bedroom count, reported size, price, and location. But those basics still do not tell us total move-in funds, association approval requirements, parking, pet rules, utilities, lease terms, condition, or whether the listing is still available when you are ready to act.
Four price decreases—but two are incomplete in the email
$2,100 — 15285 SW 107th Ln, Unit 214, Miami 33196 — 2 beds, 2 baths, 1,019 reported sq ft — MLS A11953988 — Price Decreased.
$2,900 — 11535 SW 139th Ter, Miami 33176 — 3 beds, 1 bath, 1,035 reported sq ft — MLS A12058124 — Price Decreased.
$4,060 — Address Withheld — Price Decreased; the visible email does not provide the other property basics.
$2,100 — Address Withheld — Price Decreased; the visible email does not provide the other property basics.
A Price Decreased label does not tell me the previous asking rent, the amount of the change, or why it changed. For the two withheld-address entries, I would verify the missing property identity and basic facts before putting them on a serious shortlist.
How I would triage the alert
Start with the rentals that fit the required bedroom count, location, and monthly budget.
Compare reported space within the same practical need instead of assuming a lower rent is automatically the better fit.
Verify total move-in funds, deposits, application or association requirements, parking, pets, utilities, lease terms, condition, and current availability.
Keep withheld-address entries in a verification bucket until enough identifying information is available to compare them responsibly.
Want a shorter rental list?
Tell me the monthly budget, bedroom count, preferred area, and any must-haves. I can help turn a long alert into a smaller group that is actually worth touring. Call or text me at 305-999-5664 or email Chris@ChrisManzano.com.
Rental information is based on the visible source-alert details available on August 21, 2026 and should be independently verified. Pricing, status, availability, dimensions, deposits, fees, association requirements, parking, pet rules, utilities, lease terms, condition, and other details may change or may not be included in the alert.
