Meet the Lifer
The word “lead” is useful inside a database. It is not a very good description of a relationship that may last twenty years.
The RELM uses a different idea: the Lifer.
What is a Lifer?
A Lifer is a person whose relationship is intended to continue beyond a single transaction or immediate need. The person stays the person while purchases, sales, rentals, loans, refinances, investments, referrals, properties, and future opportunities happen around them.
That sounds simple. It changes the way a system has to remember people.

One person. Many chapters.
A buyer should not need to become a brand-new database record when they later refinance. A past customer should not disappear because the transaction moved to Closed. A spouse, borrower, tenant, landlord, seller, and investor can each have their own durable history while still being connected to shared events.
The RELM is being designed to make that continuity visible without pretending technology replaces the relationship itself.
Your Lifers. Your RELM.
That is the brand promise in its simplest form: a place designed around the people you intend to keep serving.
“Lifer” is approved product and relationship vocabulary. It is not a new live Wix CRM status or collection name, and current CRM schema remains unchanged unless a separate verified implementation changes it.
