Five 3-Bedroom Miami Rentals Span $1,500: How I’d Compare Seven New Options — August 30, 2026

Seven new Miami rental listings currently range from $2,600 to $4,200, with two to four bedrooms and 1,138 to 1,977 reported square feet. Five of the seven have three bedrooms, but their asking rents span $1,500. That is why I would compare the fit before assuming the lowest—or highest—rent tells the whole story.

Five 3-bedroom choices, a $1,500 spread

  • 13651 SW 158th Pl, Miami, FL 33196 — $4,200; 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; 1,977 reported sq ft; MLS A12075248.

  • 15790 SW 136th Way Unit 0, Miami, FL 33196 — $3,300; 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; 1,824 reported sq ft; MLS A12075880.

  • 15600 SW 136th St Unit 102, Miami, FL 33196 — $2,700; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 1,384 reported sq ft; MLS A12077617.

  • 13380 SW 91st Ter Unit D, Miami, FL 33186 — $3,300; 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; 1,908 reported sq ft; MLS A12079643.

  • 13028 SW 108th St Unit 13028, Miami, FL 33186 — $3,500; 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 1,918 reported sq ft; MLS A12080067.

The visible asking-rent spread between those five three-bedroom rentals is $1,500. Their reported living areas also range from 1,384 to 1,977 square feet, so the bedroom count alone is not a complete comparison.

Same $3,300 asking rent, different reported space

Two of the new three-bedroom rentals are listed at the same $3,300 asking rent: 15790 SW 136th Way Unit 0 reports 1,824 square feet, while 13380 SW 91st Ter Unit D reports 1,908 square feet. That is an 84-square-foot difference in the reported living area, but it does not make the larger home automatically better. Layout, condition, location, parking, and move-in terms can matter more to the household using the space.

The 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom options change the comparison

The two-bedroom option at 10641 SW 113th Pl Unit 76W, Miami, FL 33176 is shown at $2,600 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,138 reported square feet, MLS A12080010. The four-bedroom option at 10615 SW 147th Ct, Miami, FL 33196 is shown at $3,450 with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,568 reported square feet, MLS A12079956.

Those two listings reinforce the same point: asking rent, bedroom count, and reported square footage are useful filters, but they do not explain the full household fit by themselves.

What I would verify before scheduling

Before a showing or application, I would confirm current availability, lease length, move-in funds, screening requirements, pet rules, parking, utilities, association or management approval, and any fees or deposits that apply to the specific property. Those details can materially change which rental is the practical choice.

Bottom line

Seven new listings create more choice, but not one simple ranking. I would start with household needs, compare the homes that solve the same problem, and then verify the full move-in picture before deciding where the asking rent makes sense. Listing status, price, and availability can change, so current property details should be confirmed before acting.
